Project Goal
The stellar re-direction of the company, helped Telax set themselves apart from their competitors, so their new website also had to emulate a more distinct brand, which I helped them create through the web re-design.
The main goal was creating a web presence for the company which straddled the line between corporate and fun. Through the use of illustration design and interaction design, we were able to create a website that the Telax Community was proud of!

Telax, a Cloud Contact Center Company was in the midst of a major rebrand of their company, their strategy and their product marketing. The company was taking on a new position in the Cloud Contact Industry, one that vastly differed from their competitors and therefore, needed a web redesign to truly reflect their uniqueness and ingenuity.
Telax also wanted to portray that they weren’t just another contact center corporation, but rather, that they were a growing team of experts in their field, and one that built a strong Team Culture, also known as the “Team Telax Culture”.
Creating Unique, Cross-Platform
Interactive Experiences
We really wanted to create a fun and interactive experience for users visiting the Telax website. A major part of designing such interactive experiences for the desktop version of the site, was making sure we translated those experiences to mobile users as well.
User Interface Designs & Brand Development
In our aim to succesfully portray Telax’s re-direction as a company, we had the opportunitiy to use the web project as a means to also help Telax re-brand as a company. The creative direction used within the website, through imagery, illustrations and icons, was also setting the tone for the company’s entire brand.
